{"id":93420,"date":"2026-11-06T09:08:10","date_gmt":"2026-11-06T14:08:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecitizenfortheworld.com\/?p=93420"},"modified":"2026-11-06T09:08:10","modified_gmt":"2026-11-06T14:08:10","slug":"venezuela-tres-sectores-clave-definen-acciones-para-escalar-la-protesta-por-mejores-salarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecitizenfortheworld.com\/?p=93420","title":{"rendered":"Venezuela: tres sectores clave definen acciones para escalar la protesta por mejores salarios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"article-subheadline text-align-left\">Aunque la presidenta encargada Delcy Rodr\u00edguez prometi\u00f3 cuatro aumentos del ingreso para 2027, los trabajadores exigen una respuesta inmediata que incluya el bono de fin de a\u00f1o<\/p>\n<p>Trabajadores de la salud, maestros y profesores universitarios realizan este jueves 5 de noviembre una asamblea intersectorial en los espacios de la Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), con el objetivo de definir las acciones que desarrollar\u00e1n en el marco de las protestas para exigir <b>mejores condiciones laborales y aumentos salariales<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cNos estamos reuniendo los sectores que hacemos naci\u00f3n, que sostenemos la ciudadan\u00eda y que nuestro salario cada d\u00eda tiende a cero\u201d<\/b>, declar\u00f3 la profesora Ana Vielma, coordinadora seccional de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la UCV.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo la consigna <b>\u201cel trabajo es un derecho humano\u201d<\/b>, los representantes sindicales y gremiales demandan \u201caguinaldos (bonos de fin de a\u00f1o) y salarios dignos\u201d, as\u00ed como la reactivaci\u00f3n de los contratos colectivos, y la recuperaci\u00f3n de las pensiones y beneficios sociolaborales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-paragraph-number=\"4\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">En Venezuela el salario m\u00ednimo est\u00e1 \u201ccongelado\u201d desde 2022, cuando el r\u00e9gimen chavista lo fij\u00f3 en 130 bol\u00edvares. <b>Ese monto, que hoy equivale a menos de 20 centavos de d\u00f3lar, es el que se toma en cuenta para calcular los pasivos laborales<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-paragraph-number=\"5\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Para compensar a los trabajadores, el oficialismo cre\u00f3 la figura del <b>\u201cingreso m\u00ednimo integral\u201d<\/b>, un bono que alcanza los 240 d\u00f3lares y que no tiene incidencia en las prestaciones sociales. <b>Gremios y sindicatos rechazan la \u201cbonificaci\u00f3n\u201d del salario<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"insuficiente\" class=\"text-align-left vertical-align-top line-height-100 header headline-class-h2 headline\">Insuficiente<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-paragraph-number=\"6\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">En la actualidad, un profesor titular a dedicaci\u00f3n exclusiva en una universidad aut\u00f3noma del pa\u00eds devenga un salario de 522,16 bol\u00edvares mensuales, <b>menos de 60 centavos de d\u00f3lar<\/b>.
