La Justicia lo declar\u00f3 culpable de \u201ccorrupci\u00f3n en la tierra\u201d, un delito que contempla la pena capital<\/p>\n<p>La Justicia de <b>Ir\u00e1n<\/b> conden\u00f3 a muerte a <b>Amirhosein Musavi<\/b>, detenido desde diciembre de 2024 por publicaciones en redes sociales, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 su abogado y confirmaron organizaciones defensoras de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>Musavi, de 40 a\u00f1os, fue declarado culpable de \u201c<b>corrupci\u00f3n en la tierra<\/b>\u201d, un delito castigado con la pena capital. La sentencia se vincul\u00f3 con la actividad de la cuenta de <i>X<\/i> <b>\u201cJames B. Dean\u201d<\/b>, que \u00e9l presuntamente administraba de forma an\u00f3nima bajo el usuario @james_bidin.<\/p>\n<p>En el sistema judicial iran\u00ed, el cargo de <b>\u201ccorrupci\u00f3n en la tierra\u201d<\/b> no se limita a delitos econ\u00f3micos o administrativos. La figura se considera un delito capital y las autoridades la aplican en causas vinculadas con <b>la disidencia pol\u00edtica, las protestas y la libertad de expresi\u00f3n<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-paragraph-number=\"4\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">\u201c(Fue condenado) en relaci\u00f3n con \u2018la actividad en l\u00ednea de la cuenta de Twitter \u2018James B. Dean\u2019\u2019\u201d, escribi\u00f3 en <i>X<\/i> su abogado, <b>Reza Shafakhah<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-paragraph-number=\"5\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">El acusado public\u00f3 contenidos en <i>X <\/i>e <i>Instagram <\/i>bajo los nombres James Bi Din, que en persa significa \u201cJames sin fe\u201d, y James B. Dean. Ambas cuentas est\u00e1n suspendidas. Las autoridades identificaron a Musavi como responsable de la cuenta de <i>X<\/i> y <b>lo detuvieron en el aeropuerto de Teher\u00e1n cuando se dispon\u00eda a viajar a la isla de Kish, en el golfo P\u00e9rsico<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-paragraph-number=\"6\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">La organizaci\u00f3n <b>Iran Human Rights (IHR)<\/b>, con sede en Noruega, sostuvo que la condena responde a su \u201cdisidencia en l\u00ednea\u201d contra las autoridades iran\u00edes.
