Bajo esa consigna, 38 medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, 63 organizaciones de la sociedad civil y 164 individualidades firmaron el <b>\u201cManifiesto por la restituci\u00f3n de la libertad de expresi\u00f3n\u201d<\/b>, que incluye entre sus demandas el <b>levantamiento inmediato de los bloqueos digitales y la eliminaci\u00f3n de las restricciones contra sitios web<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Infobae es v\u00edctima de esa censura<\/b>: el 10 de octubre de 2014, el r\u00e9gimen de <b>Nicol\u00e1s Maduro orden\u00f3 el bloqueo total de Infobae en Venezuela<\/b>. La medida fue ejecutada por la <b>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Conatel)<\/b> tras la publicaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes vinculadas al asesinato del diputado oficialista Robert Serra. EFE\/Esteban Biba\/Archivo<\/em><\/div>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-paragraph-number=\"4\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">En primera instancia, reclaman <b>libertad plena para las personas detenidas por razones de opini\u00f3n y el fin de los procesos judiciales contra trabajadores de la prensa<\/b>. Adicionalmente, solicitan la devoluci\u00f3n de pasaportes anulados a periodistas, as\u00ed como de los bienes expropiados a los medios, la revisi\u00f3n de las licencias audiovisuales revocadas y la convocatoria a procesos transparentes para adjudicar nuevas frecuencias.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"leyes-e-instituciones\" class=\"text-align-left vertical-align-top line-height-100 header headline-class-h2 headline\">Leyes e instituciones<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-paragraph-number=\"5\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">\u201cBuscar, recibir y difundir informaci\u00f3n libremente es un derecho\u201d, exponen al momento de alzar su voz a favor de que se erradiquen los bloqueos digitales.
