<b>comisi\u00f3n<\/b> encargada de seleccionar <b>contratistas<\/b> en el sector de la <b>salud<\/b>, un \u00e1mbito severamente impactado por la crisis.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta encargada, <b>Delcy Rodr\u00edguez<\/b>, prometi\u00f3 canalizar ingresos provenientes del petr\u00f3leo hacia la recuperaci\u00f3n de este sector, luego de alcanzar acuerdos de venta de crudo con Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>La <b>Comisi\u00f3n de Contrataciones P\u00fablicas<\/b> del <b>Ministerio de Salud<\/b> tiene como funci\u00f3n \u201cejecutar los procedimientos de selecci\u00f3n de contratistas para la adquisici\u00f3n de bienes, prestaci\u00f3n de servicios y ejecuci\u00f3n de obras\u201d, seg\u00fan lo establece la resoluci\u00f3n 374, firmada por el ministro <b>Carlos Alvarado<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Este grupo estar\u00e1 compuesto por tres miembros principales responsables de las \u00e1reas <b>jur\u00eddica<\/b>, <b>t\u00e9cnica<\/b> y <b>financiera<\/b>: <b>Rafael de Sousa Visconti<\/b>, el viceministro de Hospitales <b>Mauricio Erasmo Vega<\/b> y <b>Yenny Delgado<\/b>, respectivamente, quienes contar\u00e1n con suplentes.<\/p>\n<p>La comisi\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 la facultad de \u201c<b>designar los asesores t\u00e9cnicos que considere necesarios, de acuerdo a la complejidad de la contrataci\u00f3n<\/b>\u201d, quienes podr\u00e1n participar con derecho a voz pero crisis sanitaria se caracteriza por el deterioro de la <b>infraestructura<\/b>, la escasez de <b>medicinas<\/b> y <b>material m\u00e9dico<\/b> y la falta de <b>personal<\/b>, atribuido por expertos, organizaciones y opositores a problemas como la <b>corrupci\u00f3n<\/b>, la falta de mantenimiento y la \u201c<b>fuga de talentos<\/b>\u201d, mientras que el Gobierno chavista, que anunci\u00f3 la recuperaci\u00f3n de instalaciones sanitarias, responsabiliza a las sanciones.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">En enero pasado, poco despu\u00e9s de la captura de <b>Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/b> por parte de Estados Unidos en Caracas el d\u00eda 3, Rodr\u00edguez afirm\u00f3 que \u201ccada d\u00f3lar\u201d que ingresara a Venezuela desde la industria petrolera se destinar\u00eda al sector salud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Rodr\u00edguez tambi\u00e9n propuso un acuerdo con el sector privado para \u201catender la deuda quir\u00fargica\u201d del pueblo venezolano y cre\u00f3 dos \u201cfondos soberanos\u201d para administrar los ingresos petroleros con el objetivo de recuperar la infraestructura del pa\u00eds,
