Los m\u00e9todos tradicionales suelen aplicar pesticidas de manera masiva y poco precisa. Bocca explic\u00f3: <b>\u201cLos sistemas actuales de control de plagas fumigan de forma masiva, es decir, echan pesticidas apenas detectan una enfermedad en el cultivo sin discriminar ejemplares enfermos de los sanos\u201d<\/b>.
