Las\u00a0conversaciones trilaterales entre Ucrania, Estados Unidos y Rusia<\/b>\u00a0iniciaron este martes en\u00a0Ginebra, Suiza<\/b>, con el objetivo de avanzar hacia un acuerdo de paz. La apertura de la tercera ronda fue confirmada por\u00a0Anton Gerashchenko<\/b>, asesor del Ministerio del Interior ucraniano entre 2021 y 2023, quien comparti\u00f3 una imagen de los delegados en la sala de la cumbre. El negociador ucraniano\u00a0Rustem Um\u00e9rov<\/b> detall\u00f3 en su cuenta de Telegram que el orden del d\u00eda incluye \u201ccuestiones de seguridad y humanitarias\u201d.<\/p>\n

La agencia\u00a0RIA N\u00f3vosti<\/b><\/i>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n confirm\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de la cumbre, se\u00f1alando la participaci\u00f3n de delegaciones de los tres pa\u00edses. Seg\u00fan Um\u00e9rov, las reuniones, que se extender\u00e1n hasta ma\u00f1ana, cuentan con el agradecimiento a\u00a0Estados Unidos<\/b>\u00a0por su implicaci\u00f3n y a\u00a0Suiza<\/b> por facilitar las condiciones log\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n

El futuro del aproximadamente\u00a020% del territorio ucraniano<\/b>\u00a0actualmente ocupado o disputado por\u00a0Rusia<\/b>\u00a0surge como eje central de las discusiones. Otra cuesti\u00f3n clave es la exigencia de\u00a0garant\u00edas de seguridad posguerra<\/b>\u00a0por parte de Kiev, que busca respaldo estadounidense para evitar futuras incursiones rusas. El ej\u00e9rcito ucraniano, con menor n\u00famero de efectivos, afronta una guerra de desgaste a lo largo de una l\u00ednea de frente de cerca de\u00a01.250 kil\u00f3metros (750 millas)<\/b>, mientras los ataques a\u00e9reos rusos afectan repetidamente a la poblaci\u00f3n civil y la infraestructura energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

Medinsky ha defendido los objetivos b\u00e9licos del Kremlin y es autor de obras que critican a Occidente y a Ucrania. Durante la noche anterior a la cumbre,\u00a0Rusia<\/b>\u00a0lanz\u00f3 cerca de\u00a0400 drones de largo alcance<\/b>\u00a0y\u00a029 misiles<\/b>\u00a0contra\u00a012 regiones ucranianas<\/b>, resultando al menos\u00a0nueve heridos<\/b>, incluidos menores de edad, seg\u00fan el presidente\u00a0Volodimir Zelensky<\/b>. Zelensky detall\u00f3 el saldo de la ofensiva, indicando que\u00a0\u201cen total, se atacaron 12 regiones y, lamentablemente, se han reportado 9 personas heridas, incluidos ni\u00f1os\u201d<\/b>. Adem\u00e1s, la arremetida impact\u00f3 directamente a m\u00e1s de diez edificios residenciales y afect\u00f3 a infraestructuras ferroviarias.<\/p>\n
