Sin embargo, dependiendo de cu\u00e1ntas calor\u00edas se dejen de consumir, y de la calidad de la dieta, el peso perdido puede no proceder s\u00f3lo de la grasa corporal, sino tambi\u00e9n de la masa muscular.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bbc-19j92fr ebmt73l0\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"bbc-hhl7in e17g058b0\" dir=\"ltr\">Y tener poca masa muscular puede ser tan perjudicial como tener demasiada grasa.
