La orden que dio el presidente ruso,\u00a0Vladimir Putin<\/b>, el 18 de marzo de suspender durante 30 d\u00edas los ataques a las instalaciones energ\u00e9ticas en Ucrania \u201cexpir\u00f3\u201d, dijo el viernes el Kremlin.<\/p>\n

El Kremlin asegur\u00f3 hoy que ha habido \u201cavances concretos\u201d en las negociaciones con Estados Unidos para un arreglo pac\u00edfico en Ucrania, en respuesta a las declaraciones del secretario de Estado estadounidense,\u00a0Marco Rubio<\/b>, sobre que su pa\u00eds podr\u00eda abandonar el proceso de paz si no hay progresos en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/p>\n

\u201cNosotros consideramos que se pueden constatar ciertos avances. Ese progreso est\u00e1 relacionado con la moratoria provisional que fue respetada por Rusia de no lanzar ataques contra la infraestructura energ\u00e9tica\u201d,\u00a0<\/b>dijo Dmitri Peskov, portavoz presidencial, en su rueda de prensa telef\u00f3nica diaria.<\/p>\n

Subray\u00f3 que se han alcanzado ciertos acuerdos en las \u00faltimas semanas, aunque, \u201cpor supuesto a\u00fan tenemos muchas discusiones complicadas por delante\u201d.<\/p>\n

Al mismo tiempo, advirti\u00f3 que la tregua energ\u00e9tica de 30 d\u00edas \u201cvenci\u00f3\u201d despu\u00e9s de que Rusia y Ucrania se acusaran constantemente de violaciones.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a una posible reanudaci\u00f3n de los ataques rusos contra las infraestructuras energ\u00e9ticas ucranianas, asegur\u00f3 que \u201cen estos momentos no existe ninguna otra orden del comandante supremo, el presidente (Vlad\u00edmir) Putin\u201d.<\/p>\n
