Pam Bondi<\/b>,\u00a0fiscal general<\/b>\u00a0de\u00a0Estados Unidos<\/b>, declar\u00f3 el martes durante una entrevista en el programa\u00a0\u201cFox & Friends\u201d<\/i>\u00a0que los estadounidenses est\u00e1n m\u00e1s seguros gracias al fallo de la\u00a0Corte suprema<\/b>\u00a0en el que avalaron reanudar los\u00a0vuelos de deportaci\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0en virtud de la\u00a0Ley de Enemigos Extranjeros<\/b> que, inicialmente, hab\u00eda sido bloqueada por un juez federal.<\/p>\n

En este contexto, Bondi tambi\u00e9n emiti\u00f3 un\u00a0contundente mensaje<\/b>\u00a0a los \u201cterroristas nacionales<\/b>\u00a0y\u00a0extranjeros<\/b>\u201d al decir: \u201cM\u00e1s les vale tener\u00a0cuidado\u00a0<\/b>porque vamos por ustedes. Yo en su lugar empezar\u00eda a\u00a0auto-deportarme<\/b>, porque los vamos a\u00a0encontrar<\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Tal decisi\u00f3n lleg\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de que los jueces del Tribunal Superior fallaran\u00a05 a 4<\/b>\u00a0para conceder la solicitud de la administraci\u00f3n del presidente\u00a0Donald Trump<\/b>\u00a0de anular el fallo de bloquear el uso de la Ley de Enemigos Extranjeros, dise\u00f1ada en\u00a01798<\/b>, y que ahora podr\u00eda ser utilizada para deportar a\u00a0ciudadanos venezolanos<\/b>, incluidos aquellos que formen parte de la violenta pandilla\u00a0Tren de Aragua (TdA).<\/b><\/p>\n

El fuerte mensaje de la fiscal general estadounidense a los migrantes<\/p>\n

Bondi tambi\u00e9n explic\u00f3 las protecciones a\u00f1adidas al\u00a0debido proceso<\/b>\u00a0para los detenidos, es decir, la oportunidad que tienen de\u00a0impugnar su detenci\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de reclamos de\u00a0h\u00e1beas corpus<\/b><\/i>.<\/p>\n

\u201cDe ahora en adelante, las audiencias de\u00a0h\u00e1beas corpus<\/i>\u00a0se llevar\u00e1n a cabo en el\u00a0Tribunal de Confinamiento<\/b>, es decir, en\u00a0Texas<\/b>, por lo que ser\u00e1 una\u00a0audiencia\u00a0<\/b>mucho m\u00e1s\u00a0r\u00e1pida<\/b>\u201d, declar\u00f3 la fiscal general estadounidense durante su di\u00e1logo con el programa de FOX.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no se pueden presentar\u00a0demandas colectivas<\/b>\u00a0y afirm\u00f3 que la audiencia ser\u00e1 \u201cmucho m\u00e1s\u00a0fluida\u00a0<\/b>y\u00a0sencilla<\/b>\u201d. \u201cEstas personas ser\u00e1n deportadas\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Estos terroristas son\u00a0enemigos extranjeros<\/b>\u00a0de nuestro pa\u00eds, y seguiremos deport\u00e1ndolos. Mantendremos la\u00a0seguridad\u00a0<\/b>de EEUU, y un juez de distrito liberal no nos detendr\u00e1\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 la fiscal general de Estados Unidos durante su di\u00e1logo con los periodistas de\u00a0FOX<\/i>.<\/p>\n

La jueza\u00a0Sonia Sotomayor<\/b>\u00a0argument\u00f3 que para las personas ser\u00eda m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil impugnar las deportaciones de manera\u00a0individual<\/b>. \u201cNosotros, como naci\u00f3n y como tribunal de justicia, deber\u00edamos ser mejores que esto\u201d, escribi\u00f3, seg\u00fan declaraciones recogidas por\u00a0The Associated Press\u00a0<\/i>(AP).<\/p>\n

Tres jueces liberales afirmaron durante su opini\u00f3n discrepante que la administraci\u00f3n intent\u00f3 evitar la\u00a0revisi\u00f3n judicial<\/b>\u00a0del caso y que el tribunal \u201cahora\u00a0recompensa\u00a0<\/b>al gobierno por su comportamiento\u201d, seg\u00fan report\u00f3 la agencia de noticias. Igualmente, la jueza\u00a0Amy Coney Barrett<\/b>\u00a0se sum\u00f3 a la opini\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En una opini\u00f3n no firmada, citada por AP, el tribunal escribi\u00f3 que \u201clos detenidos sujetos a \u00f3rdenes de expulsi\u00f3n en virtud de la AEA tienen derecho a ser\u00a0notificados\u00a0<\/b>y la oportunidad de\u00a0impugnar\u00a0<\/b>su deportaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n

Trump, por su parte, coment\u00f3 sobre la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema a trav\u00e9s de una publicaci\u00f3n en su cuenta personal de\u00a0Truth Social<\/b><\/i>. En este post, el presidente asegur\u00f3 que el organismo defendi\u00f3 el Estado de derecho de la naci\u00f3n al permitir que un\u00a0presidente<\/b>, \u201cquienquiera que sea\u201d, asegure las fronteras y \u201cproteja a las familias y el pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n
