UU. elimina sanciones a empresarios y empresas vinculadas a Venezuela"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 13 de enero, la Oficina de Control de Activos Extranjeros (OFAC) del Departamento del Tesoro de Estados Unidos anunci\u00f3 la eliminaci\u00f3n de varias personas y entidades relacionadas con Venezuela de su Lista de Nacionales Especialmente Designados (SDN).<\/p>\n<p>Entre los individuos destacan Alessandro Bazzoni, ciudadano italiano residente en Lugano, Suiza, y Francisco Javier D&#8217;Agostino Casado, de nacionalidad espa\u00f1ola y venezolana, domiciliado en Caracas. Ambos hab\u00edan sido sancionados anteriormente bajo la Orden Ejecutiva 13850 por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en actividades relacionadas con el sector petrolero venezolano.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a las empresas, fueron removidas varias entidades, entre ellas:<\/p>\n<p>1. Elemento Oil &amp; Gas Ltd y su variante Elemento Oil and Gas Ltd , registradas en Malta.<br \/>\n2. Element Capital Advisors Limited , con operaciones en Panam\u00e1 y las Islas V\u00edrgenes Brit\u00e1nicas, conocida por sus servicios financieros.<\/p>\n<p>Estas compa\u00f1\u00edas hab\u00edan sido incluidas en la lista por presunto involucramiento en esquemas destinados a evadir sanciones contra Venezuela.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se retiraron otras entidades como:<\/p>\n<p>1. Jambanyani Safaris , una empresa tur\u00edstica con sede en Zimbabue.<\/p>\n<p>2. Catalina Holdings Corp ., ubicada en Nueva York, EE. UU.<\/p>\n<p>3.
