Y, en la regi\u00f3n europea, las medidas necesarias para eliminar por completo su transmisi\u00f3n\u201d, dijo Kluge, en referencia a la necesidad de una respuesta coordinada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La necesidad de una respuesta coordinada es ahora mayor en la regi\u00f3n africana&#8221;, afirm\u00f3. &#8220;Podemos y debemos abordar la mpox juntos, en todas las regiones y continentes&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La OMS declar\u00f3 la semana pasada una emergencia sanitaria mundial en medio de preocupaciones de que la cepa m\u00e1s mortal, el clado Ib, hubiera llegado a pa\u00edses cercanos, incluidos cuatro pa\u00edses africanos que anteriormente no estaban afectados.
