As\u00ed, el magistrado imputa formalmente a la esposa del presidente del Gobierno, Pedro S\u00e1nchez, y da un impulso al procedimiento que se sigue en el Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n n\u00famero 41 de Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>Bego\u00f1a G\u00f3mez tendr\u00e1 que acudir a los juzgados de Plaza de Castilla acompa\u00f1ada de su abogado, Antonio Camacho, por su condici\u00f3n de investigada. All\u00ed podr\u00e1 acogerse a su derecho a negarse a no declarar o responder\u00e1 las preguntas de las partes sobre su relaci\u00f3n con\u00a0<b>Carlos Barrab\u00e9s\u00a0<\/b>y la recomendaci\u00f3n de una Uni\u00f3n Temporal de Empresas (UTE) en la que participaba el emprendedor y que despu\u00e9s gan\u00f3 varias adjudicaciones millonarias por parte de organismos dependientes del Gobierno, entre ellos\u00a0<b>Red.es<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Cabe recordar que la Unidad Central Operativa (UCO) de la Guardia Civil analiz\u00f3 las acusaciones recogidas en la denuncia de Manos Limpias y, en un informe preliminar,<b>\u00a0no vio indicios de delito<\/b> en la actuaci\u00f3n de Bego\u00f1a G\u00f3mez. La Fiscal\u00eda solicit\u00f3 el archivo de las diligencias previas nada m\u00e1s producirse su apertura, pero la Audiencia Provincial de Madrid aval\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n dirigida por el juez Juan Carlos Peinado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">El magistrado tambi\u00e9n ha tomado la decisi\u00f3n este martes de aplazar las comparecencias de<b>\u00a0cinco testigos<\/b>\u00a0hasta el pr\u00f3ximo domingo 16 de junio por la \u201cimposibilidad de asistencia\u201d del letrado de Bego\u00f1a G\u00f3mez, el exministro Antonio Camacho, quien ejerce la defensa del actor Imanol Arias en la Audiencia Nacional durante el juicio que se celebra estos d\u00edas. El empresario Carlos Barrab\u00e9s, citado este viernes y pieza clave en el caso, tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 posponer su declaraci\u00f3n por unos motivos de salud que est\u00e1n siendo verificados por los forenses.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Los cinco testigos que comparecer\u00e1n el\u00a0<b>16 de junio\u00a0<\/b>son antiguos y actuales altos cargos de Red.es, quienes declarar\u00e1n \u201ca partir de las 12:00 horas\u201d sin concretar un hora exacta, ya que ese d\u00eda \u201cel Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n n\u00famero 41 est\u00e1 de guardia de diligencias, por lo que el horario depender\u00e1 de la incidencia del servicio\u201d.<\/p>\n<div class=\"headline-wrapper\">\n<h2 class=\"header headline-class-h2\">Cinco adjudicaciones desde el Gobierno<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">El informe de la UCO desgrana ocho adjudicaciones a esa sociedad -o a Uniones Temporales de Empresas (UTE) en las que participaba-, cinco de ellas concedidas por organismos dependientes del Gobierno: tres de\u00a0<b>Red.es<\/b>, una del Consejo Superior de Deportes (CSD) y una \u00faltima de Renfe.
