{"id":85057,"date":"2024-04-18T17:39:20","date_gmt":"2024-04-18T22:39:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecitizenfortheworld.com\/?p=85057"},"modified":"2024-04-18T17:39:20","modified_gmt":"2024-04-18T22:39:20","slug":"posible-violacion-de-topes-electorales-en-la-campana-presidencial-de-gustavo-petro-andres-pastrana-reacciono","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecitizenfortheworld.com\/?p=85057","title":{"rendered":"Posible violaci\u00f3n de topes electorales en la campa\u00f1a presidencial de Gustavo Petro: Andr\u00e9s Pastrana reaccion\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy 18 de abril Colombia amaneci\u00f3 expectante y podr\u00eda decirse que gratamente sorprendidos si hablamos de la poblaci\u00f3n opositora al gobierno de Gustavo Petro.<\/p>\n<p>Y no es menor el asombro de los ciudadanos, el Consejo Nacional Electoral de Colombia se encuentra en el proceso de formular cargos contra el Presidente Gustavo Petro por presuntas irregularidades en la financiaci\u00f3n de la campa\u00f1a presidencial que llev\u00f3 a Petro al poder.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan se ha informado, los magistrados encargados de la investigaci\u00f3n \u00c1lvaro Hern\u00e1n Prada y Benjam\u00edn Ortiz, presentaran una ponencia que se discutir\u00e1 en el seno del CNE pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/p>\n<p>El informe no solo detalla las irregularidades financieras y las infracciones cometidas, tambi\u00e9n pone en marcha que podr\u00eda terminar siendo hist\u00f3rico. Si la sala plena decide acoger el documento y actuar seg\u00fan las recomendaciones de Prada y Ortiz, estar\u00edamos presenciando un hecho sin precedentes: <strong>la acusaci\u00f3n formal del CNE contra un presidente en funciones por exceder los l\u00edmites de financiaci\u00f3n electoral.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Expresidente Andr\u00e9s Pastrana quien ha venido emitiendo opiniones con respecto a este tema desde que se desat\u00f3 la controversia por un documento mediante el cual FECODE habr\u00eda donado 500 millones a la campa\u00f1a de Gustavo Petro y que no fueron reportados en la plataforma Cuentas Claras, una vez reacciona y en su cuenta oficial de X public\u00f3 un contundente mensaje.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"es\">De comprobarse que <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/petrogustavo?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@petrogustavo<\/a> y su vicepresidente <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FranciaMarquezM?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@FranciaMarquezM<\/a> violaron los topes electorales, la Constituci\u00f3n que Petro jur\u00f3 cumplir, ordena sancionarlos con la perdida de la investidura.
