Este est\u00e1 relacionado con tasas m\u00e1s bajas de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas y de mortalidad. Uno puede realizar fortalecimiento muscular utilizando m\u00e1quinas de pesas o pesas libres, el propio peso corporal, bolsas pesadas o bandas de resistencia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Es fundamental para Min Lee que se elija un r\u00e9gimen\u00a0<b>disfrutable\u00a0<\/b>para uno, ya sea intenso o moderado. Si no, ser\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil que uno lo siga a largo plazo. Adem\u00e1s, profundiza en la importancia de que la actividad que se realice sea de\u00a0<b>intensidad moderada<\/b>. Para eso existe una regla general: la \u201cprueba del habla\u201d.
