investigaci\u00f3n determin\u00f3 que el mejor momento para realizar una actividad f\u00edsica que le permita bajar algunos kilos es durante la ma\u00f1ana, exactamente entre las 07:00 am y las 09:00 am.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-index=\"10\">Aunque puede ser un horario complicado para muchas personas, al hacer el esfuerzo y acomodar las agendas para entrenar, le traer\u00e1 al final de cada semana
