Los profesionales de la salud han recomendado, desde hace mucho tiempo, tomar la leche sin procesar,\u00a0<b>esto para aprovechar de una mejor manera sus nutrientes.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl origen del uso de la leche como alimento nutritivo proviene de la \u00e9poca neol\u00edtica. \u00c9poca en la que se empezaron a domesticar animales como la vaca, la cabra y la oveja, se aprendieron pr\u00e1cticas de orde\u00f1o y conservaci\u00f3n de la leche animal.
