Estos son tres pasos para que cada persona pase menos tiempo mirando la\u00a0<b>pantalla\u00a0<\/b>de su\u00a0<b>tel\u00e9fono<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"header d23-headline-class-h2\">Cuestionar por qu\u00e9 se desea la desconexi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">El argumento m\u00e1s com\u00fan para empezar a tener actitudes hacia la desconexi\u00f3n est\u00e1 relacionado con la cantidad de horas que una persona puede pasar viendo una pantalla y c\u00f3mo el contenido puede generar problemas cognitivos como reducci\u00f3n de la atenci\u00f3n, ansiedad o depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Un estudio publicado en el a\u00f1o\u00a0<b>2019.\u00a0<\/b>titulado \u201cPantallas, Adolescentes y Bienestar Psicol\u00f3gico: Evidencia de Tres Estudios de Diarios de Uso del Tiempo\u201d, indic\u00f3 que en realidad el tiempo que los j\u00f3venes pueden pasar en el\u00a0<b>celular\u00a0<\/b>no tiene un impacto significativo en su\u00a0<b>salud mental<\/b>.
