{"id":82214,"date":"2023-07-05T19:28:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-06T00:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecitizenfortheworld.com\/?p=82214"},"modified":"2023-07-05T19:28:00","modified_gmt":"2023-07-06T00:28:00","slug":"el-regimen-de-maduro-impugna-en-el-tpi-la-investigacion-por-presuntos-crimenes-contra-la-humanidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecitizenfortheworld.com\/?p=82214","title":{"rendered":"El r\u00e9gimen de Maduro impugna en el TPI la investigaci\u00f3n por presuntos cr\u00edmenes contra la humanidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ABIERTA DESDE HACE CASI DOS A\u00d1OS<\/p>\n<p><em>VENEZUELA<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El r\u00e9gimen de Venezuela\u00a0<strong>ha apelado ante el Tribunal Penal de Internacional (TPI)<\/strong>\u00a0la reanudaci\u00f3n por parte de su Fiscal\u00eda de la investigaci\u00f3n abierta por los presuntos abusos cometidos a ra\u00edz de las movilizaciones opositoras de 2014, ya\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.europapress.es\/internacional\/noticia-venezuela-impugna-tpi-reanudacion-investigacion-represion-opositores-20230704171358.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">que considera<\/a>\u00a0que la decisi\u00f3n de la semana pasada \u00abresulta claramente contraria a la verdad y la justicia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La Sala de Cuestiones Preliminares I del TPI aval\u00f3 que la oficina del fiscal Karim Khan\u00a0<strong>pudiese retomar las pesquisas abierta<\/strong>s desde hace casi dos a\u00f1os y en las que se examina la presunta comisi\u00f3n de cr\u00edmenes contra la humanidad.<\/p>\n<p>Los jueces concluyeron que, \u00absi bien Venezuela est\u00e1 realizando algunas diligencias de investigaci\u00f3n, sus procesos penales nacionales\u00a0<strong>no reflejan suficientemente el alcance de la investigaci\u00f3n prevista por la Fiscal\u00eda<\/strong>\u00ab. As\u00ed, considera que hay \u00abperiodos inexplicables\u00bb sobre los que\u00a0<strong>no se ha investigado<\/strong>\u00a0o que las pesquisas abiertas \u00aben general parecen centrarse en los perpetradores directos y\/o de rango inferior\u00bb, sin ascender en la escala de mando.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gaceta.es\/iberosfera\/el-regimen-chavista-inhabilita-politicamente-a-maria-corina-machado-por-15-anos-20230630-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La tiran\u00eda de Maduro<\/a>\u00a0<strong>ha respondido esta semana<\/strong>, con una notificaci\u00f3n remitida el martes y confirmada este mi\u00e9rcoles por el Ministerio de Exteriores venezolano.
