Y lo cierto es que es bastante sencillo:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bqt-sl\"><p>Apaga tu iPhone durante 5 minutos cada noche.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Este es un consejo que respalda diversas agencias de seguridad, entre ellas la Agencia de Seguridad Nacional de los Estados Unidos (NSA). Reiniciar tu iPhone regularmente podr\u00eda minimizar el riesgo porque\u00a0<strong>fuerza el cierre cualquier aplicaci\u00f3n y proceso que se ejecute en segundo plano<\/strong>\u00a0que podr\u00eda estar monitoreando a los usuarios o recopilando datos.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bqt-sl\"><p>Todos tenemos una responsabilidad. Cosas sencillas, apaga el tel\u00e9fono todas las noches durante cinco minutos.
