El presidente de Ir\u00e1n,\u00a0Ebrahim Raisi<\/b>, firm\u00f3 este lunes en Caracas diversos acuerdos con su par de Venezuela,\u00a0Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/b>, con el fin de reforzar la cooperaci\u00f3n ante \u201cenemigos comunes\u201d, seg\u00fan dijo, entre estos\u00a0dos pa\u00edses sancionados por Estados Unidos.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cLa relaci\u00f3n entre Ir\u00e1n y Venezuela no es una relaci\u00f3n diplom\u00e1tica normal, sino una relaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica entre dos pa\u00edses que tenemos intereses comunes, visiones comunes y enemigos comunes\u201d, expres\u00f3 Raisi en una declaraci\u00f3n junto a Maduro, en la que cifr\u00f3 en USD 3.000 millones anuales el comercio bilateral y asegur\u00f3 que la meta es llevarlo, en principio, a USD 10.000 millones.<\/p>\n

Maduro s\u00ed mencion\u00f3 a Estados Unidos y, en particular, lanz\u00f3 cr\u00edticas contra el ex presidente Donald Trump por un reciente discurso suyo en un acto de campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

\u201cCuando me fui (del poder), Venezuela estaba a punto de colapsar. Nos habr\u00edamos apoderado de ella y habr\u00edamos conseguido todo ese petr\u00f3leo\u201d, dijo Trump. \u201cA confesi\u00f3n de parte, relevo de pruebas\u201d, reaccion\u00f3 Maduro.<\/p>\n

Raisi y Maduro firmaron\u00a025 acuerdos en m\u00faltiples \u00e1reas: petroqu\u00edmica, miner\u00eda, salud, educaci\u00f3n<\/b>, entre otras, sin divulgarse mayores detalles sobre estos convenios.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os nuestra cooperaci\u00f3n con estos pa\u00edses se ha desarrollado\u201d, dijo en Teher\u00e1n Raisi, electo en 2021, antes de empezar su gira de cinco d\u00edas en Latinoam\u00e9rica. \u201cEste viaje puede ser un punto de inflexi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ir\u00e1n es uno de los principales aliados internacionales de Maduro<\/b>, siendo ambos pa\u00edses -miembros de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Pa\u00edses Exportadores de Petr\u00f3leo (OPEP)- objeto de sanciones financieras estadounidenses que buscan golpear su econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n

En 2020, en plena pandemia de covid-19, Ir\u00e1n envi\u00f3 1,5 millones de barriles de gasolina e insumos para tratar de reactivar las refiner\u00edas de Venezuela en medio de una severa escasez de combustible.<\/p>\n

Maduro recibi\u00f3 en Caracas en febrero al jefe de la diplomacia iran\u00ed, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, y visit\u00f3 Teher\u00e1n en junio de 2022 para firmar un acuerdo de cooperaci\u00f3n de 20 a\u00f1os en pro de fortalecer su \u201calianza\u201d.<\/p>\n

La \u00faltima visita de un presidente iran\u00ed a Cuba y Venezuela se remonta a 2016,<\/b>\u00a0cuando Hasan Rohani estuvo all\u00ed antes de participar en la Asamblea General de la ONU en Nueva York. Su prececesor, Mahmud Ahmadineyad, fue recibido en Nicaragua en enero de 2007.<\/p>\n

Daniel Ortega, el presidente nicarag\u00fcense, defendi\u00f3 en febrero el derecho de Ir\u00e1n a adquirir armas nucleares.<\/p>\n
