Algunos son\u00a0<strong>el yogur<\/strong>, que contiene B2 y B12;\u00a0<strong>el huevo<\/strong>, rico en B7;\u00a0<strong>las legumbres<\/strong>, una excelente fuente de B9, B1, B2, B3, B5 y B6;\u00a0<strong>el salm\u00f3n<\/strong>, que contiene B2, B3, B6 y B12; las\u00a0<strong>verduras de hojas verdes<\/strong>, ricas en B9; y las\u00a0<strong>semillas de girasol<\/strong>, que pueden llegar a aportar hasta el 20% del valor diario recomendado de B5.
