Despu\u00e9s de varias horas de silencio en Twitter, el\u00a0presidente de Colombia, Gustavo Petro,<\/b>\u00a0se refiri\u00f3 a las acusaciones sobre presuntas\u00a0interceptaciones telef\u00f3nicas<\/b>, tambi\u00e9n conocidas como\u00a0chuzadas<\/i>, que se habr\u00edan hecho a Marelbys Meza<\/b>, exni\u00f1era de\u00a0Laura Sarabia<\/b>, y a su familia.<\/p>\n

El presidente, a trav\u00e9s de un trino en\u00a0Twitter<\/b>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que\u00a0ning\u00fan funcionario del Gobierno nacional orden\u00f3 dichas interceptaciones<\/b>, y resalt\u00f3 que es\u00a0irresponsable\u00a0<\/b>hacer este tipo de acusaciones.<\/p>\n

El jefe de Estado colombiano se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el viernes 2 de junio dar\u00eda a conocer las decisiones que se tomaron desde el Ejecutivo respecto a la\u00a0prueba de pol\u00edgrafo\u00a0<\/b>que le hicieron a\u00a0Marelbys Meza<\/b>, por la\u00a0p\u00e9rdida de una maleta con dinero\u00a0<\/b>del apartamento de\u00a0Laura Sarabia, jefe del gabinete de la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAcusar al gobierno del cambio de interceptaciones ilegales es de tama\u00f1a irresponsabilidad.<\/b>\u00a0Ning\u00fan miembro del gobierno ha dado ninguna orden de interceptaciones telef\u00f3nicas. Ma\u00f1ana nos pronunciaremos sobre las decisiones que he tomado alrededor del caso del pol\u00edgrafo\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

Al parecer, el pronunciamiento del presidente Gustavo Petro en Twitter se dio tras\u00a0terminar una reuni\u00f3n privada\u00a0<\/b>(que no fue en la\u00a0Casa de Nari\u00f1o) con Laura Sarabia, y el embajador de Colombia en Venezuela, Armando Benedetti,\u00a0<\/b>por cuenta de las fuertes declaraciones entre s\u00ed y que involucran a Marelbys Meza, en las que se lleg\u00f3 a acusar de extorsi\u00f3n.<\/b><\/p>\n

Fiscal general confirm\u00f3 \u201cchuzadas\u201d a Marelbys Meza en el caso Laura Sarabia<\/h2>\n

El fiscal general de la Naci\u00f3n,\u00a0Francisco Barbosa Delgado<\/b>, confirm\u00f3 que hubo interceptaciones ilegales en contra de la exempleada de la funcionaria, practicadas por miembros de la\u00a0Direcci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal e Interpol<\/b>\u00a0(DIJ\u00cdN) de la\u00a0Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/b>.<\/p>\n

\u201cEs un d\u00eda lamentable para el Estado de derecho, las chuzadas ilegales han retornado a Colombia\u201d<\/b>, indic\u00f3 Barbosa, en relaci\u00f3n con este caso, en el que se habr\u00eda intervenido el tel\u00e9fono celular de Meza, por efectivos de la Dij\u00edn, quienes ten\u00edan a su cargo una investigaci\u00f3n contra el accionar del\u00a0Clan del Golfo<\/i>, pero que \u2014en medio de estas indagaciones\u2014 terminaron escuchando conversaciones de la exni\u00f1era con su c\u00edrculo cercano, sin tener autorizaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo puede admitirse desde ning\u00fan punto de vista estas pr\u00e1cticas de violaci\u00f3n de los derechos fundamentales sean aceptadas en Colombia. Esto es grave para la democracia\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Barbosa.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

Seg\u00fan el jefe del ente acusador, que habl\u00f3 desde el famoso b\u00fanker, el informe ilegal con el que se dio orden de intervenir durante 10 d\u00edas la l\u00ednea de la mujer fue firmada por un miembro de esta\u00a0Direcci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n<\/b>, que est\u00e1 adscrita al\u00a0Ministerio de Defensa<\/b>. Pero adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n incluida en esta irregular petici\u00f3n la l\u00ednea de la persona que hac\u00eda el aseo por d\u00edas en la residencia de la funcionaria, identificada como Fabiola.<\/p>\n

\u201cComo la fiscal no se prest\u00f3 a interceptar a unas personas que le sugirieron, la Polic\u00eda Judicial de la Dij\u00edn r\u00e1pidamente produjo ese d\u00eda un informe en el que incluyeron dos abonados telef\u00f3nicos, de la se\u00f1ora Marelbys Meza; y de la se\u00f1ora Fabiola (persona del aseo)\u201d, denunci\u00f3 Barbosa Delgado.<\/p>\n

La hicieron pasar por integrante del Clan del Golfo<\/h3>\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n, Barbosa indic\u00f3 que usaron un informe de la Polic\u00eda falso, en el que\u00a0Marelbys Meza<\/b>\u00a0fue bautizada con el alias de\u00a0La Cocinera<\/i>\u00a0y la otra mujer como\u00a0La Madrina<\/i>. En el primer caso, Marelbys hac\u00eda parte de un anillo de seguridad de alias\u00a0Siopas<\/i>, cabecilla del\u00a0Clan del Golfo y<\/b>\u00a0viv\u00eda en el corregimiento de Tagach\u00ed, en Quibd\u00f3 (Choc\u00f3), seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n \u201cobtenida por una fuente humana\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cEs una verg\u00fcenza para la justicia colombiana\u201d, recalc\u00f3 el fiscal General de la Naci\u00f3n tras esta informaci\u00f3n. \u201cSe inventan un informe de Polic\u00eda Judicial con la Dij\u00edn, las convierten en miembros del Clan del Golfo<\/i>\u00a0y las escuchan, y posteriormente, en la tarde,\u00a0como si estuvi\u00e9ramos con la Gestapo en Colombia<\/b>, la trasladan en un carro, le hacen un pol\u00edgrafo que no tiene nada que ver con seguridad nacional por las preguntas que hoy la Fiscal\u00eda tiene en trazabilidad Judicial\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/div>\n
